We are living in a comfortable house with three bedrooms.
At the ground floor: a spacious and equipped kitchen, a lounge, a laundry, a veranda and the master bedroom with a small room of shower adjacent.
On the first floor: two big rooms for our 2 child, a small office and a bathroom.
We have toys and all the necessary equipment to welcome babies and children.
In the garden you will find : table and chairs, the deckchairs and the hammock.
Our house is ideal for the families which wish to visit Angers, Anjou, vineyards and castles of the Loire.
The house is only five minutes on foot from the citycenter of Angers, that is a 150 000 inhabitants town where you can find shops and all commodities.

About the neighborhood
Angers airport is a small one (only British Airways, and just during the summer). We use Nantes's airport too (connected by train or buses) or the parisiens airports (1h30 by train, very easy to reach).

It was an absolutely wonderful exchange. A house with a garden in the middle of the city is something special.
The family is really nice and available, we had the chance to meet, here in Italy, before the exchange, and they were friendly and open minded. The house is wide, quiet, net and warm, really near to center town, a good place to stay and from which to start exploring the region.

A lovely and friendly family, very flexible to make the exchange work well. Their house was represented fairly and there were no surprises about the home or family.

Hugues teaches french langage, Sonia teaches documentation in the university. Zoé, 18 years old, is student in Paris and Gaspard is 14 years old.

One additional piece of information that may be important is that we have two cats, Typsie and Ron, who get along very well but are used to living both in the garden and in the house, which can be very uncomfortable for people with allergies.
