In Angers, city history, cradle of Plantagenêt with medieval castle ( 17 towers). Town of 300 000 inhabitants. City history, near castles of the Loire. Classified in the UNESCO world heritage for the Loire valley. A lot of visits in the region: castles, vineyards. Beaches of the Atlantic Ocean (La Baule, Pornic... ) at 1 hour 20 mn by car and easily reliable by train as some great islands like " l'île de Ré " or " Noirmoutiers ". Nantes at 1 hour by car, 35 mn by train. Tours at 1 hour 20 mn by car and 50 mn by train. Paris at 1 hour 25 mn by train.
Right in the heart of city centre, near train station (five minutes by feet) . Angers is one of the most student city in France and has several times been elected the city where it makes the best living in the country. There're lots of bars and restaurants and also not less than 30 parks in the city so Angers is also perfect for a family with young childrens! There're many swimming pools ideales for summer but there's also a lake near of the center where you can swin and do many activities . You can also go to a theme park very famous named "Terra Botanica". We live in a big apartment in a beautiful building of the beginning of the 20th century. No problem of car park. Four bedrooms. Very big and beautiful room of life.There're every types of buisnesses nearby
Family of three children (21 years, 18 years and 14 years). Parents: teacher and journalist. Very respectful of the good of others. We're non-smoker. Smoker isn't welcome in the apartment. Pets are also unwanted.
Opened to any propositions. We like very much cities, seaside and discover new landscapes. Quite equipped. Very broadband internet.

Classée au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco pour la vallée de la Loire. Nombreuses visites dans la région: châteaux, vignobles. Plages de l'Atlantique (La Baule) à 1 h 20 en voiture mais très faciliment reliable en train. Nantes à 1 h en voiture, 35 mn en train. Tours à 1 h 20 en voiture et 50 mn en train. En plein coeur de centre-ville, à deux pas de la gare, très grand et bel appartement dans immeuble bourgeois du début 20e siècle. Aucun problème de stationnement (garage et place de stationnement à disposition). Tout type de commerces à proximité.
Quatre chambres. Très grande et très lumineuse pièce de vie. Famille de trois enfants (21 ans, 18 ans et 14 ans). Parents enseignant et journaliste. Très respectueux du bien d'autrui. Non-fumeur. Animaux domestiques non désirés.
Ouverts à toutes propositions. On aime beaucoup les villes, les bords de mer et le dépaysement.
Tout équipé. Internet très haut-débit.
