Cozy countryside home in Büchlberg, surrounded by nature - peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing while exploring Bavaria, Austria or the Czech Republic

We, Rita and Otto, have three grown up sons with partners. who live already in their own appartments, but sometimes some of them travel with us. Our house has approx. 150 m² living space on two floors. The garden is big and we have a large deck, porch + 2 balconies. (table tennis, hammocks)
In the basement of our house lives a tenant, an elderly, friendly woman. She has her own entrance and the appartment is completely separate from our living space.
We have one outdoor cat, which you do not have to allow entry into the house, unless you want to.
The cat is taken care of by the tenant during our absance.

We have been enthusiastic Intervac members for 20 years.
Our house is 20 minutes from Passau and the Austrian border + 30 minutes from the Czech border. Munich is two hours away, Vienna and Prague three hours
