Previous exchangers (3x in England) w/Intervac but over 10 years ago. We have a higher end duplex in a gated retirement community, rated first in the U.S. for many years.
The complex is built around two golf courses and has a beautiful restaurant. Only 10 minutes from the major hub in the San Francisco East Bay with multiple of shops and restaurants in all directions. An hour from Napa, two from Carmel, three from Lake Tahoe & four from Yosemite.
