Our Lakehouse has a wonderful view of the Sunset across the lake, with large windows, and sliding glass doors, giving you a beautiful view of the lake. The heated swimming pool looks out onto the lake, with a basketball, hoop, floaters, and loungers, Our home has remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, and all the bathrooms have been remodeled. We are about 40 minutes from the center of Montreal. The home is built of stone in Cedar with large Oak and Maple Trees on several acres. Two bedrooms, have queen size beds, and one bedroom has four extra long Twin beds. We have six bikes with helmets, three kayaks, and a paddleboard for your use. We have two high tree swings overlooking the lake. In the winter, you can ski Mount. Rigaud, 15 minutes from the House. You can also skate and Kite ski on Lac de deux Montaigne. Our home is in a quiet village. There is a playground within a half a block of our house. There is a sprinkler playground, water park, Street, hockey or ice-skating Ring, tennis courts., Pickleball courts, soccer area, Sand volleyball, and basketball court
