Home in the Colorado Rockies
Home is located on a private full acre, with expansive views of the Ten Mile Range. The home is very comfy and updated, filled with natural light, mountain views from most rooms, an open floor plan, and a large deck off the main living area. Access to the Breckenridge Ski Area is about three miles away; there are three other excellent ski resorts in the county. The neighborhood is all single-family homes, each on .5+ acre lots, and located just north of Breckenridge. Other than skiing, people love the area for its hiking, biking, boating on Lake Dillon, fishing, restaurant choices, and the local arts district and festivities.

Nearest Airport: Denver - 104 miles
The neighborhood is for single family homes, with each home located on a .5+ acre lot. The development began in the 1970's; a few homes were built in the 70's, many more in the 80's, and development continued on till recent years. There are only a few vacant lots remaining, and owners are not inclined to sell. Due to our neighborhood's easy access to both Breckenridge and Frisco, we're considered a very desirable location. There's a bus stop for the free county transit system just a 5-minute walk from my home.

What do I love about Breckenridge and Summit County? It's a place where people want to be active in the outdoors. My favorites are skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening. We have numerous outdoor music venues in the summer months, world class skiing in the winter, as well as year-round festivals and an active arts district.
