Open for exchange
Exchange dates Duration
February 01, 2025 - March 31, 2025 2 weeks

We'd love to do an exchange in March 2025, anything between 1 and 2 weeks. We'd ideally like to visit Northern France, either by train or somewhere a short drive from one of the ports. However, we would be interested to hear from anyone, would like to do more exchanges later on in the year and are open to offers!

Characterful 1930s house a short walk from the sea

Our comfortable house is in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac in the small town of Seaford.

Downstairs, we have two sitting rooms and an office, a toilet and large kitchen. Upstairs, we have a newly fitted bathroom and 4 bedrooms (one not available).

We have a garden with plenty of room to sit outside. There are 2 ponds (ie risk to small children).

Our house is a short walk into town, and you can also easily walk to the beach or to the countryside.

Our Neighbourhood

Seaford is a small town by the sea. There are plenty of independent shops and a small supermarket, as well as lots of cafes and one or two restaurants. It's not a tourist town, but it's a great place to explore the coast and the South Downs. There are plenty of walks nearby, and the iconic Seven Sisters and Coastguard Cottages are a 5 minute car journey or walk or cycle ride away. You travel easily by train to the lively city of Brighton, the historic town of Lewes or further to Hastings or London. There's a bus to Brighton and Eastbourne, and a scenic bus that travels to Eastbourne via the Seven Sisters.

We're 5 minutes drive or a short bus or train ride from the Newhaven-Dieppe port.
