Rent a week at our lovely two bedroom/two bath Cancun condo!
Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa at the Royal Cancun Resort has room for six people. We cannot use our weeks this year, so we are renting the villas for the cost of the weekly maintenance fee. Included are the following: daily housekeeping, fun activities, kids club, resort shuttle, entertainment, and watersports. You can also add the all-inclusive drinks & dining package when you check-in at the resort (this is approximately $125 per person per day). The rental price is $1,400 per week and includes all taxes & fees.

Nearest Airport: Cancun Airport - 10 miles
The Royal Cancún was one of the Yucatan Peninsula's first time share condominiums, so it's quite small at only three stories high. The Royal Cancún sits on the calm bay facing Isla Mujeres. The boats pass by the resort as they make their way from the sea to the laguna. This is a pleasant and low-key beach escape with lush flowering plants and very nice accomodations.

About Our Family
We have been Intevac members for many years. This year we cannot visit our time shares, so we decided to rent them. If you chose to go, we will set up an "owner loan" and you will stay in our unit during our week of ownership. You will check-in at the front desk and the unit will have been arranged for your stay. You will leave a credit card to pay for your meals, drinks, shopping, excursions, airport shuttles, and so on. The rent is $1,400 per week (this amount covers our maintenance fees).
