We are a couple and a child living in the heart of Paris next to Montmartre in the 18th district.
Our flat is 70m2 with a terrace and a balcony on the 6th floor of a 7 floor modern building. We can accomodate 2 adults and a child (sleeping in a crib or in a small bed) in 2 separate bedrooms.
The main room is large and sunny : the open kitchen is fully equipped. One bathroom with a bathtub.
It’s quite calm, with nice neighbors. For music afictionados you’ll be able to listen to our little collection of vinyls, mainly metal subgenres, electronic music and jazz :-)
Our flat is located 5 minutes from the nearest subway stations (Simplon on line 4, Jules Joffrin on line 12). You can easily access main points of interest with the metro and bus offer.
We are at 15 minutes walking distance to the sacré coeur, and a 5 minutes subway trip brings you to Pigalle & the Moulin Rouge. The neighborhood is rich in restaurants, cafés, bars and concert venues. There is a convenience store right down the apartment and other diverse shops (butcher, “fromagerie”, wine & beer cellars).
From Paris, you can easily join main cities by high speed train (Lille in 1 hour, Bordeaux in 2 hours, Marseille in 3 hours), and join other must-see points of interest by car (Normandie, Chateaux de la Loire, …)
We are open to exchanging cars or give you access to our private parking slot accessible in the building
