Christmas holiday is not available, as we use our apartment for family during this time.

1 weeks

Flat in Miami Beach, Florida

Our one bedroom apartment is 800sf (74m) located in beautiful South Beach, Florida, overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.  It can accommodate up to 4 people, there is a queen size bed and a convertible sofa bed that fits 2 people comfortably in the living room.

South Bay Club building has a gym, ATM machine, and washer/dryer in every floor.  Beautifully renovated pool area with BBQ grills and hot tub!

South Beach is the southernmost tip of Miami Beach--2.5 square miles (6.475 Km).  Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets (Whole Foods, Publix), coffee shop (Starbucks), pharmacy (CVS), parks, stores, and attractions.  The ocean is a nice 15min. walk or bike ride away. There are bicycles for rent (Deco Bikes) close by, as well as a bus stop steps away.

We prefer to have non-simultaneous exchanges, as we like to meet our fellow Intervac exchangers and make them feel at home. We are open to all offers, our schedules are flexible.  Bill is Broker/owner of Global Luxury Realty, and I am a Realtor, we work independently, all we need is a secure internet connection.

We look forward to hosting you in sunny Miami!
Warm regards,
Edda & Bill
(**We are not smokers and therefore respectfully ask you not to smoke inside the house.) No pets allowed.

Geography and History:
Miami is a major city in Florida and counts 404,048 inhabitants. It is the second largest municipality in Florida after Jacksonville and the 45th largest city in the United States.

Miami is undoubtedly the multicultural city not to be missed with its picturesque districts such as Little Havana with its domino players and South Beach, home to the most beautiful Art Deco architecture in the city. The Villa Vizcaya, built in Italian Renaissance style, is an essential stop for tourists wishing to visit the Museum of European Decorative Arts. Miami is also famous for its nature amusement parks. The best known is Seaquarium, which is home to 12,000 marine animals, and our new addition the Frost Museum of Science.

At the southernmost tip of the State, the dense mangroves of the Everglades National Park are a paradise for rare subtropical animal life (alligators, birds, etc.). You can also camp there, best time is during winter.
