Evelyn 56, Julius 19, Marius 17, und Claudius 15, we live in a quiet, short street, surrounded with many nice cafés & restaurants, playing grounds, market, little shops, supermarkets and a big public swimming pool.
"Akazienkiez" calls the part of Schöneberg where we live, very open to everyone.
By bicycle ( we have them here for you), you will reach the typical tourist places like Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz or the Ku'Damm.
Within some minutes by walk, you have several busses and the U-Bahn for all places wherever you want. - Within 5 min to walk, your reach a big nice indoor public swimming pool, also with a little outdoor pool... in the summer, you shouldn't miss the "Strandbad Wannsee"
Our Flat has 2 floors ( the house has a lift), not perfect styled but very cozy...., in cold months, you can use our fireplace., in the summer you can enjoy 2 balconies.
We need you feeding our two birds, who are living in the kitchen).
There are 4 regulary bedrooms:
One room with an 1,40 bed for 2 persons
One room with 1,40 bed for 2 persons, (there we couldput an extra matraze for one person)
One room with an 90cm bed
extra little "room behind the curtain" without window but with a proper bed for one spare person.
The room next to the living/kitchen with a sliding room has also a 90cm bed and an /belowbed for another person)
so, you may come with 9 persons.

Everything was fine. Beatiful house very well located
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war schön groß. Wir waren mit unserer Paten Familie zusammen dort und haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Wiener Wald ist unschlagbar toll und so haben wir auch dort viel unternommen. Jederzeit gerne wieder
Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Berlin verbracht. Evelyn ist eine sehr herzliche, umkomplizierte und großzügige Gastgeberin. Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung ist sehr groß, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Das Viertel ist umgeben von netten kleinen Geschäften und gemütlichen Cafes aber auch in der Innenstadt ist man schnell mit der U Bahn. Ich kann mir keinen besseren Berlinurlaub vorstellen!
Evelyn home was just great! Exactly the way she described it. She had a folder with many useful tips and even wine plus sweetest for us ready when we arrived. She even set up tous for our boys (2 and 6yo) and was always super quickly to to talk to in case of questions. We loved the 2 birds which we fed. The place is big, with very nice bathrooms. It felt like a spa. The neighborhood is kids friendly with playgrounds, nice restaurants and good connection to public transport. We highly recommend Evelyn and her home!

Marius and Claudius go to school, 10th and 8th class Julius finished school and is doing a social year in science in Berlin. Evelyn is doing honory work in school. We all love to be outside and discover a little new world. We also like to relax, playing and doing sports. This all you also can do here in Berlin :-) If you come with children, we have lots of very nice playing grounds all in walking distance. We can recommend the GleisDreieck park for a whole relaxing, working and sporting day aswell as the Tempelhofer Feld. We normally prefer to travel by train, also something, you can easily start from Berlin into Brandenburg and Potsdam. We like our area where we live and we are having nice neighbours in our house.
