House with a garden in Brittany, Saint-Brieuc, France
Our home is easy to live with children. The kitchen opens on the sunny terrace. This terrace and the garden allow breakfasts and very pleasant evenings on summer. It is a house in town but in a very quiet cul de sac, within walking distance of center. A bakery, a grocer's shop and a butcher's shop situated two streets from the house facilitate the everyday life.

You can enjoy many beaches. The nearest is "Les Rosaires" (10 minutes by car) and there are many wilder like those of Erquy (30 minutes by car). Possible walks in moors with sea views.
In gastronomy, Saint-Brieuc reserves very pleasant surprises, with famous restaurants , as " La Vieille Tour ", "Aux Pesked" or "Youpala Bistrot".

We had a lovely time in this wonderful home and part of the world. The communication with the family was easy (we exchanged cars as well) and we could not have had a better expericence.
Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und die Gegend war vorzüglich, wir haben sehr viele schöne Wandertouren und hervorragende Tage an den Stränden der Côte d´ Armor verbracht. es war ein fantastischer Austausch
Fabulous place and owners! Great location close to beautiful beaches and historically interesting places. Lots of books, films and intellectual value. Nice outdoor garden for dinner al fresca.
