Hello! We are a warm, respectful family based in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and passionate about cultural exchange and meaningful travel.
I am a biologist, and my husband is a physician. We love discovering the world through authentic experiences and have traveled extensively across many countries in Europe, the Americas and Asia — including several long stays that have made travel a way of life for us.
Each year we spend seasons traveling through Europe and beyond, and we deeply enjoy the spirit of trust and connection that home exchange creates.
The home we offer for exchange is our family property in Colombia, lovingly cared for and very special to us. My mother and aunt — two healthy, active and independent ladies — are also part of our travel group and often travel with us. So we are usually four adult travelers: two senior ladies, myself and my husband.
We are quiet, clean, respectful and very mindful guests.
We do not smoke, we do not have children traveling with us, and we do not travel with pets.
Our property has a caretaker who lives on the grounds in his own separate small house and looks after the gardens and pool year-round. He has his own independent space and does not enter the guest house, ensuring privacy while offering added security and peace of mind.
We have been fortunate to explore many beautiful places around the world, and what we value most is living, even temporarily, as locals — not as tourists.
We would love to exchange our home with people who appreciate nature, beauty, respect and genuine cultural connection.
