La nostra casa, all’ultimo piano (6° Piano) di un palazzo degli anni ‘60 del ‘900, è stata totalmente ristrutturata nel 2025: è dotata di tutti i comfort - aria condizionata in tutte le camere e nella sala - e di due spazi esterni, un ampio balcone di servizio e, ciò che la rende una casa magica ovvero la terrazza abitabile, con una splendida vista sulla città e sulle colline. Un altro tratto distintivo è la posizione perfetta, vicina a tutte le bellezze della nostra splendida Firenze e al tempo stesso comodissima per tutti i servizi e per l'aereoporto di Peretola, grazie alle 3 fermate del tram vicinissime (una linea diretta dall'aeroporto).
Possiamo dimenticare di avere una macchina perchè non abbiamo mai bisogno di usarla in città, ma se si viaggia in auto abbiamo a disposizione un parcheggio privato e protetto vicino all'appartamento.
Our home is on the top floor (6° floor) of a 1960s building and was completely renovated in 2025. It has all modern comforts - air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room - and it has two exterior spaces, a service balcony and, that is what makes it truly special...the terrace, which offers beautiful views over the city and the surrounding hills. The apartment location is another great advantage: it's close to all the wonders of our beautiful Florence, while also being very convenient for all the essential services and for the Peretola airport, thanks to the 3 tram stops close to the apartment (one of them it's a direct line from the Airport).
We can pratically forget about having a car, because we never really need to use it in the city, but If you are arriving by car, we also have a private, secure parking space avaliable near the apartment.

Il nostro appartamento è situato nel centro di Firenze, vicino alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e a pochi passi dal Centro Storico UNESCO, nel caratteristico rione di San Jacopino. La zona è dotata di tutti i servizi e le comodità. Il nostro attico affaccia da un lato sulla Piazza di San Jacopino, dove si trovano due bar per ottimi aperitivi locali, due pizzerie, un market, una farmacia, un'enoteca ed un forno pasticceria oltre ad un'ottima rosticceria egiziana kebab e a molti negozi e attività tipiche di quartiere. Nelle vicinanze tre fermate del tram direttamente collegate con Aeroporto e Centro Storico/Stazione. Non mancano un parco giochi, piste ciclabili e bici a noleggio.
Our apartment is located in the center of Florence, near Santa Maria Novella Station and just a few steps from the UNESCO- listed historic city center, in the lively San Jacopino neighborhood. The area offers all services and conveniences. The apartment partly overlooks Piazza San Jacopino, where you will find two cafés, perfect for local aperitifs, two pizzerias, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a wine shop, a bakery and pastry shop, as well as many other typical neighborhood shops. There is also a playground nearby, as well as bike lines and bicycle rental options. Close to the apartment here are three tram stops with direct connections from the airport to the historical city center/train station.
