A nice house in the center of Liège

Our house, called Maison Veuve Crahay, is a beautiful Art Nouveau-style residence located in the heart of Liège. Built in 1909 by the architect Antoine Pliers for the widow Crahay, it is now listed in the Walloon cultural heritage inventory.
Behind its historic façade, you'll find every modern comfort for a pleasant stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room and a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom.
On the second floor, another bedroom with a double bed.

Our house is located in the city center.
Everything is within walking distance: the shopping streets, the lively cafés, the typical restaurants where you can enjoy the famous waffles or boulets à la liégeoise, as well as local markets like La Batte, the largest market in Belgium, which takes place along the Meuse River every Sunday.

Liège is a dynamic city, rich in culture and heritage: museums, galleries, theaters. It's also a friendly student city, known for its festive atmosphere.

The region is also full of wonderful discoveries: the nearby Ardennes for nature and hiking lovers, charming small towns like Huy, Spa, or Durbuy, and even Maastricht or Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle), which are less than an hour's drive away.

Liège is easily accessible by train (Liège Guillemins) and offers plenty of public transport (tram and bus).

About Our Family

Hello!
We’re a family of four: a couple in our forties, two teenagers (14 and 16), and our little bundle of joy, Stella – a Cavalier King Charles who absolutely loves cuddles. We’ve passed on our passion for travel to our kids, who now sometimes set off on their own adventures, so they don’t always travel with us.
In everyday life, Emmanuelle is a teacher and Christophe is an engineer. We enjoy discovering new places, meeting new people, and making the most of life’s simple pleasures. Whether it’s a walk, a cultural visit, or just sharing good times with family and friends, we’re always ready.
We’re really excited about experiencing new adventures through Intervac and creating wonderful travel memories!
