In the nicest neighbourhood in Alicante, "Cabo de las Huertas" area. Quiet and well-communicated by road, bus and tram. Good local services. 300 metres from the sea and busy commercial / nightlife area no more than 2 km away.
Beautiful areas in the surrounding area with sea sights and mountain areas no more than 40 km away
En el Cabo de las Huertas, a diez minutos en coche y bien comunicada por autobús y Tram. Zona muy tranquila con area commercial, restaurants y vida nocturnal a no más de 2 km. Pintorescos pueblos turísticos de costa cercanos y también de montaña en el interior elevándose a 600 metros en un perímetro de 40 kms.
