Come to Wetteren, and experience a wonderful, and a peaceful life of living abit outside (http://www.tov.be/en) the city, but enjoying all the necessary connections to get to all big cities of Belgium; such as Ghent, Bruges, Brussels, Liège, Antwerpen…etc. by jumping into a train (http://www.belgianrail.be/en/Default.aspx) at 10 minutes walking distance from our house. Or simply by taking a bus (https://www.delijn.be/en/?vertaling=true) at the train station.

The village is situated just 15 minutes driving distance away from the lovely, cosy, multicultural and a touristical city of Ghent (https://visit.gent.be/en/home), about 30 minutes driving to the historical city of Bruges (https://www.visitbruges.be/) and a 40 minutes drive to heart of European city, Brussels area and the International Airport in Brussels. (https://www.brusselsairport.be/en). Most important, less than 50 minutes to the closest beach, Oostende, Knokke,..etc. If you have kids, then Puyenbroeck ( http://www.puyenbroeck.be/downloads) is the place to be, just less than 30 minutes from our home, for combining active(swimming, kayaking) .... and site seeing in one place.

Our house is a single floorly house, with a total surface area of about 1000m². The neighbourhood is calm, and is surrounded by a number of restaurants, coffeehouses and warehouses, all in a walking distance.

Ground floor: is made up of: the entrance, vestiaries, a toilet, a sitting and a dining room, complete and newly furnished kitchen with all modern kitchen utensils. We have a walk-in-shower and a playroom (which can be used as an extra on top of the 5 sleeping rooms) with Flat screen TV and toys. The whole ground floor is settled with floor heating system, with an extra modern wood stove. On top of that, the house contains a veranda where you can enjoy the light and the warmth and a cool basement room under the veranda.

1st Floor: The house comprises a big, open and enlighted night hall, surrounded by 5 lovely and spacious sleeping rooms. Whereby one contains a big double bed (180cm by 200cm), while the other 4 have single beds. There is a second bathroom with a bath-tab, and an extra toilet is available on this floor.

Outside: The house consists of a front yard and a big back yard with trampoline, swing and a tree platform for a wonderful high view. Moreover, we have a garage beside the house as well as a carport. There is an extra driveway for 2 extra cars.

Furthermore: we are very much interested in youth exchange. For children of 10, 12, and 16 years!
