Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Frankrijk

As the chalet is a secondary house, THE EXCHANGES CAN BE NON SIMULTANEOUS.
NO EXCHANGE for 09/07/22 to 21/08/22. Last August, only non simultaneous exchange.
I wish 1 week in London in September.
The house is very well located, 1 km away from the city center, just in front of the MONT-BLANC. It is large and comfortable with its five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Within 100 meters there is a small commercial center, with a super U food-store, a bakery, a chemist's. ..The railway station and the bus stops are near.
Chamonix is a wonderful destination in winter and in summer as well : skiing in winter and so many different activities in summer : trekking, mountain walks, mountain riding, olympic swimming-pool, ice-skating, ice-hockey, summer sliding, horseback riding, golf, rafting, canyoning, bowling...
Switzerland is less than one hour away through the Montets pass (Gianada foundation in Martiny) and Italy easily reachable through the tunnel (Aoste with its market and its wines , thermal spring at Pré Saint Didier...)
CHAMONIX is a very pleasant and cozy small town, in any season, with its various shops, cafés, restaurants & cinemas and its Saturday market....

There are a lot of activities for children and teens.
