Welcome to our house!!!It is a comfortable duplex (built in 2003),set in an old and typical patio of Córdoba. It is in the old part of the town,near the city centre and the most remarkable tourists atractions. We have a second home, near Córdoba, with swimming pool and garden , which we enjoy in summer and it is also exchangeable.
We live in Córdoba,a beautiful town in the South of Spain, declared World Heritage by Unesco because of its monuments and historical background.Lately, one of its Festivals , "Festival de los Patios de Córdoba",has been declared Intangible World Heritage. It is in the centre of Andalucia, so other interesting places in the region such as Granada, Seville, Málaga, and the beaches of Cádiz and Huelva can be visited from Córdoba.It is conneted with Madrid and Barcelona by high-speed train.

About the neighborhood
Our house is surrounded by historical buildings and places of interest.
San Agustin Square and its church, Santa Marina church, Condes de Priego Square and the beautiful manor house Palacio de Viana.
Tough it is a tourictic place it is also a quite area nice to walk in and near the city centre and other touristic areas of Cordoba.
