A lovely apartment near Cannes on the French Riviera
We have agreed plans for summer 2026 which we are really looking forward to but are still open to an exchange in the autumn . Also short breaks throughout the year.
We have now made 20 very successful exchanges and love this way of travel and experiencing other cultures.
There is also the option to exchange with our home north of Dublin in Ireland . It is across the road from a 10km golden beach in Ireland’s Ancient East , 40km from the city centre. We can send photos of this if need be .
Our French home is a recently renovated two bedroomed 90m2 light filled apartment with 85m2 of wrap around terraces in a gated residence with swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens. It is a short drive to shops, boulangeries, restaurants and parks. 7 km from Cannes and Antibes , 5 minutes from beautiful Mougins village, 10 minutes from Valbonne with its great market and 25 minutes from Nice airport. We are an Irish family and this is our summer home so there is good flexibility on its availability. There are 2 double bedrooms ( one with twin beds), a very large living room with a sofa bed and 3 terraces. The apartment is not suitable for small children.
This has been our second home for over 20 years and are continually amazed at the wide range of things to do. It is also very well placed for travelling to other areas along the Mediterranean Coast. We are a 45 minute drive from Monaco and Italy , 25 minutes from Nice and about an hour from St. Tropez. We are within easy drives of many beautiful Provencal villages.
We have made a number of very successful exchanges so far to New Zealand, Switzerland (2) Ireland, Sweden(2) , Belgium, France(4), US (3) ,UK( 4) and Canada (2). A number of them have been repeat visits! Non simultaneous exchanges work well for us. We are open to offers!

About the neighborhood
Our apartment is situated in a gated community with nice grounds , a swimming pool and tennis courts. We are a 5 minute drive from Mougins VIeux Village which is a beautiful medieval hilltop village renowned for its restaurants . We are also a 5 minute drive in the other direction from Valbonne which is also a very pretty place with lots of shops and restaurants. There are a couple of boulangeries within walking distance which are nice to visit for breakfast or coffees! We are a short drive from a number of beautiful beaches.

We really enjoyed our exchange in this lovely modern apartment which was very conveniently located in beautiful St. Gallen. Jakob and Antonia Maria were so lovely and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our own home was left in perfect condition. I highly recommend exchanging with this couple.
Die Wohnung bot eine angenehme Umgebung in einer attraktiven Region. Die Wohnung ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Den Pool im Park 13x25 Meter haben wir in der sehr warmen Zeit sehr genossen und genutzt vom frühen Morgen bis in die Nacht hinein. Die Wohnung ist tip top eingerichtet.
Husbytet med Jane och Pat var mycket lyckat och vi är så nöjda! Deras hem var i perfekt skick och passade våra behov mycket bra! De fanns tillgängliga under hela vistelsen och visade mycket omtanke och tipsade om utflyktsmål i närområdet. Bostadsområdet var rent och tryggt och det fanns många sevärdheter och även närhet till havet. Vårt hem var också i perfekt skick vid vår hemkomst. Högsta rekommendationer till andra Intervac-vänner.
We loved our exchange in Strangnas.the house was beautiful , very nice to experience an old Swedish style home. The town was lovely, lots to see and do and was beside a really nice lake. Train services into Stockholm were very regular. We had lots of communication before, during and after the exchange with Anna. Although we never actually met, we feel like we know the family. The house was even nicer than the photos . Our home was left in perfect condition after their stay.

We are an Irish family and have holidayed in France for more than 20 years where we have our second home. Our 2 sons are both adults now and are off travelling the world themselves. Occasionally they come with us.
We are retired so have good flexibility.
There is also a possibility of exchanging with our home in Ireland 🇮🇪
