A lovely apartment near Cannes on the French Riviera

We are ready to exchange again and are interested in planning ahead for 2022.

Our home is a recently renovated two bedroomed 90m2 light filled apartment with 85m of wrap around terraces in a gated residence with swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens. It is a short drive to shops, boulangeries, restaurants and parks. 7 km from Cannes and Antibes , 5 minutes from beautiful Mougins village and 25 minutes from Nice airport. We are an Irish family and this is our summer home so there is good flexibility on its availability. There are 2 bedrooms, a very large living room and 3 terraces. We have been holidaying in this area for 20 years and are continually amazed at the wide range of things to do. It is also very well placed for travelling to other areas along the Mediterranean Coast. We are a 45 minute drive from Monaco and Italy , 25 minutes from Nice and about an hour from St. Tropez. We are within easy drives of many beautiful Provencal villages.

There is also always the possibility of exchanging with our home in Dublin.

We have made a number of very successful exchanges so far to New Zealand, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, France, New York and Canada. A number of them have been repeat visits! Non simultaneous exchanges work well for us.
