A beautiful 18thc apartment in the heart of the first Italy's capital near the first Italian Parliament + a cottage in the Olympic Mountain in Bardonecchia end a flat in Nice ( Cote d'Azur)
We offer a quite large flat on two floors, on the second floor of an 18thc block, 200m from the central piazza of Turin. On the main floor there is a large kitchen, a dining/sofa area, a large lounge with upright piano, the main bedroom,a separate small bedroom the main bathroom and a little service-bathroom. Upstairs, in a loft area there is a large study with divan bed, one bedroom with small bathroom including a shower.The house is fully equipped
Two bikes are available – though the city’s rental scheme works very well – and two car, a Croma and a Panda.
Nearby is the large main square, with two regal palaces (one with fine art gallery, one with small parks attached), and a good selection of shops and bars, including 3 of the 18thc bars Turin is famous for. Trams and buses are close at hand. With them the two main stations are 10 mins away. We are also interested in brief exchanges in Italy or in Europe with or without car exchange. It's available to exchange an apartment in the mountains, in Bardonecchia, a beautiful alpine village (sleeps 6) with 100 km of ski slopes and an apartment in Nice-France (sleeps 7 from May to September) too.

The home was actually much more impressive than showed on the Intervac listing page. And great location. Mirella and Antonio have a truly wonderful home and we felt very welcome. We loved our stay and they were very helpful as well to give us good hints and ideas on excursions. We exchanged cars as well and that was no problem at all. Their son in law was there to welcome us when we arrived. Unfortunately, due to delayed flights and more, we were not able to meet Mirella and Antonio.

I coniugi ospitanti sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Hanno una casa comoda e soprattutto ottimamente ubicata al centro di Torino nel cuore del centro storico. Pertanto questa ubicazione permette di spostarsi a piedi per tutte le zone di interesse storico della città e per chi, come noi, ama godersi a piedi gli itinerari più interessanti e ricchi di suggestione storica e artistica. La zona inoltre fornisce moltissimi servizi turistici, ristoranti, caffè, negozi. Tutto a portata di mano, anzi a portata di...piedi. Ci siamo goduti un'ottima vacanza, davvero.

We like to live in old town or in the wildlife. We have had many trips in the world. We like to read, to watch films, to hear music, to walk.
