Lovely walking and excellent bicycling just outside the door. The house is perfectly situated for children. No cars and just outside the gate is a playing ground. The house has a small garden, a place to relax. The lake is very close. Unfortunately not so good swimming, but there are other lakes close by with good waters for swimming. The evenings give a fantastic sunset over the lake.

The house is situated in a carfree surrounding. The garage and parking is 100 meters away, but possible to drive close to house when needed.

The house is built in the mid 70´s and has two newly renovated bathrooms, both with a shower, the downstairs also with a bath. Three bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs has a open plan large livingroom and newly renovated kitchen. A TV-room with double sofa bed. A downstair bathroom. A small room for laundry etc.

In this house you are only meters from a beautiful lake with good fishing, walking and fantastic bicycling opprtunities. You can ride a long distance on just cyclingroads without cars. We have two bicycles for grown ups.

Växjö is a small and very nice city in the middle of Småland. Växjö has a beautiful cathedral, some good museums, nice shopping, sporting possibilities and wonderful surroundings of woods, meadows and lakes.
