Large 2bdrm apartment in Hamilton, Brisbane, Australia

I have done over 33 exchanges and wish to visit Scandinavian countries in May, June 2024; also the Netherlands and France in May, June, July, or August 2024.
I live in a 151sqm 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms apartment in The Lancaster, "Brett's Wharf", with beautiful gardens, 2 swimming pools, gym, a sauna and a  tennis court, all private for residents only, in Hamilton, a prestigious part of Brisbane.
The apartment's kitchen, dining and living areas are all spacious and there is a large balcony off both the living area and main bedroom . The 2nd bedroom has 1trundle/= 2king single large beds. The living area also has a quality sofa bed for 2 adults, if necessary.
From the gardens, there are magnificent views up and down the river as well as the city. There are bike and walking paths along the river that link up all around Brisbane. BCC Bikes can be hired throughout Brisbane.I have 2 adult bicycles.
Portside Cinema, restaurants and shops, are 5 minutes walking away; as well as bus(10 minutes to the city centre) and the Brisbane river "Citycat" transport are just 2 minutes walking distance away. The city Botanical Gardens and Southbank can easily be visited on the Citycat. Lone Pine has Australian creatures, including koalas to hold for a photo.
Mount Cootha botanical gardens give a good view of the city.
Catch a train to Cleveland or Redland bay and then go across on a ferry to see some of Moreton Bay islands.

Sunshine Coast: Visit  Beerwah's Australia Zoo or Flaxton Gardens cafe/restaurant with maginificent views to the coast.  For bushwalking, visit the Kondalilla Falls or other National parks.  Montville - another 10kms away - for arts and crafts, speciality shops, cafes and breathtaking views towards the coast. Another 15minutes drive - Maleny - stunning views of the Glasshouse mts, more restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and Maleny cheese. This whole region is a tourist's delight.
Beautiful white sandy beaches - 1hour's drive away - Noosa, Maroochydore to Caloundra. Lifesavers protect  swimmers in surf areas. Cotton-Tree and the Maroochy River - excellent for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Barbeques and picnic/playgrounds are in parks nearby. Drive on further to then go across to Fraser Island and see why we say Australia's so beautiful.Gold Coast: Marina Mirage, Movieworld, Seaworld, the white sands on the beautiful beaches or a day to North Stradbroke Island, then another day, up to Mt Tamborine, or drive down to Byron Bay-:  all worth a visit.
.I travel alone, sometimes with a friend or cousins.

Offers OPEN for May,June ,July, or August 2024 and 2025 in Europe, or overseas - or Open anywhere in Australia are most welcome.
