Our home is located in a wide and quite street of Córdoba city. The flat is comfortable and all the famous places are without walking distance: 15 min. to the historical zone (Mosque-Cathedral, famous monuments and museums). In the flat street there are shops, supermarkets, pharmacy... In the area there are banks, restaurants, bus-stops, a park, zoo, libraries, a theater...
The flat has entry, a living-dining room, two bedrooms (a double bed and two single beds), a bathroom with shower and kitchen. We have air conditioning, vitroceramic kitchen, washer, dishwasher, oven, microwave...
It`s not necessary to have a car..

We have also a rural house with swimmingpool in a small town 50 kms from Córdoba: Espiel. This is a not tourist village, where you can practise several sports (climb, hiking, mountain bike, rappel, kayaking, paintball/airsoft...) and visit the area.

El piso está muy bien situado en una calle tranquila y amplia. Es una vivienda luminosa y confortable, estando cerca del centro y de la zona histórica. En la misma calle disponemos de supermercados, tiendas, farmacia, etc. En los alrededores hay varias paradas de bus (líneas 2, 5, 6, 7 y 9), entidades bancarias, restaurantes/bares de tapas, un precioso parque, el zoo, el jardín botánico, el teatro de la Axerquía y muchas cosas más. Estamos a unos quince minutos andando de la Mezquita-Catedral y de los principales monumentos de la ciudad.
El piso dispone de entrada, salón-comedor, dos habitaciones (una habitación con cama de 1'50 y otra con dos camas individuales), un baño con ducha y cocina equipada. Tenemos aire acondicionado frío/calor, cocina vitrocerámica, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas...
No es necesario el uso del coche.

También tenemos una casa con piscina en un entorno rural, situada en la pequeña población de Espiel (a unos 50 kms. de Córdoba). No es un lugar turístico, pero permite conocer la bonita zona y practicar varios deportes (escalada, senderismo, mountain bike, rapel, piragüísmo, paintball/airsoft, etc).
