A beautiful spacious,recently renovated, 4 Bedroom house with extensive garden including tennis court in very secluded setting. Easy access to major motorway and close to Limerick city (10mins by car).
Also very near to Limerick Golf Club and within easy driving range of the Wild Atlantic Way (Cliffs of Moher 1.25 hrs) and Kerry beaches 1.5hrs.
Our house has a spacious modern kitchen, a bright sun room leading to a spacious secluded south facing garden (with tennis court) and a large sitting/dining room also with garden access.
A downstairs office is complimented by a spacious hall and large games room.
Upstairs we have 4 good sized bedrooms including 1 with ensuite bathroom and a separate fully equipped bathroom.
