Flat in the "Only Street" of PARIS : Rue des Martyrs
Our flat (90 square meter) is located in the center-north of Paris in rue des Martyrs a family life district, with lots of shops, restaurants and a typical parisian atmosphere. north, it is leading to Montmartre ; and south, to Notre-Dame de Lorette and to the opéra comique. it is well linked to the rest of the city by different bus or subway line.
It is at the second floor (no elevator) of a 19th century building. It has 4 rooms : 2 on the court yard (East) , 2 on the street .(West). There is 1 dining room with an open modern kitchen separated by a bar and a large table for at least 6 persons, a large main room with a sofa that can serves as a double bed, 2 bedrooms with double bed,1 bathroom, and a sparated toilet. It has been renewed and it is really comfortable. First of all, it is safe, sunny, quiet and very well located.
