A lovely, family home , located in NW Ireland (Republic)
My home has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with electric shower, a sitting room, a kitchen cum living and downstairs toilet. In the basement, there is a utility room/ laundry room and an apartment( my son’s )
Outside there is a small front garden, a back patio ( with bbq) and an expansive green area which is very private and tranquil, surrounded by trees.
The house is in a cul de sac with just 7 other houses and is convenient to a corner shop, a supermarket, a leisure centre and a hotel.

About the neighborhood
My home I situated in a very quiet cul de sac 5-10 mins from the town centre. It is convenient to everything.
There are 8 houses in my immediate area and we are all very neighbourly.
We are surrounded by greenery and it feels like living in the country. One awakes to birdsong every morning!
We are located very conveniently to many beautiful beaches and our gorgeous National Park, Glenveagh.
