Beautiful design apartment in the south of Spain
We live in a great spacious apartment flooded with light in the heart of Granada. Exceptional design and quality, and an unbeatable location in the emblematic Realejo neighborhood (10 minutes' walk from the Alhambra and the Cathedral).
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a sofa-bed. In addition, the living-dining room area hides another double bed. Heating and air conditioning. Full bathroom with a large bathtub and a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Beautiful open views. The apartment is in a very quiet area, but 3 minutes walk from beautiful squares with tapas bars and local shops.
The photos are from when we moved in, two years ago. Nowadays it is much more full of life. We can send updated photos if you are interested in a trade.
From our home you can reach the beach by car in about 45 minutes; Málaga in 1 hour and a half; Córdoba in 2 hours 15 minutes; Sevilla in less than 3 hours (2:30 by train).

Dichtstbijzijnde vliegveld: Granada - 30 minutes
El Realejo is the old Jewish quarter of the city, and is located at the foot of the Alhambra. It is full of life and things to do. Bars and restaurants, local shops and numerous monuments. It is an excellent place to explore the entire city on foot.

We are a couple (Raquel and Emilio) with a two-year-old son (Darío). I am a professor at the University of Granada and Emilio is the director of one of the city's museums. We have been Intervac partners for years prior to the birth of our son, and have had numerous extremely successful exchanges with our previous flat (USA, France, UK and Spain). We are eager to resume exchanges after the pandemic situation that we have all suffered.
