We are interested in short breaks in Ireland or the UK and longer exchanges in Europe, if we can get there by ferry and train, We can do simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges. While we prefer not to exchange in July and early August, we are open to a non-simultaneous exchange if our exchange partners wish to come here during the summer. |

A detached house in a picturesque seaside village near Dublin
Our 4 bedroom house with large garden is within walking distance of Malahide castle and park, the village and seafront. It is on the commuter route to Dublin City centre by bus or train and is only 20 minutes drive from the airport and the M50 motorway.
My son lives some of the week in a separate flat on the ground floor and can be available to share information about the house and area if needed.
There are two large double bedrooms. One has a six foot bed and ensuite. The second has a king size bed, wash basin and shower.
The two small bedrooms have single beds, one with a pull out bed underneath. The room at the front of the house is used as a computer room/ home office.
There is a good sized kitchen/living room and a cosy sitting room with open fire and supply of wood.
There is a recently refurbished upstairs bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin, bath and shower (in the bath)
All showers are power showers.
There is a toilet and washbasin downstairs.
The garden is very large with a large patio and patio furniture. There are swings for children from 1 year of age.
