In Quebec's Monteregie, in the wonderful Village-Relais of Acton Vale, on an 2 acre treed lot, you will find our comfortable bungalow with attached garage. The ground floor includes living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a large bathroom. In the basement, you will find another bedroom, a large family room, a powder room and laundry.
Above the garage is a large independent studio with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The studio is connected to the rest of the house, but is has its own exterior entrance. Depending on your needs, you can have the main house and studio for a simultaneous exchange or the studio for a rental.
Outside we have a large deck, an above ground pool, paths through the trees and small stream.
The property backs onto a farm and is very peaceful.
We will not be travelling in 2022. However, the studio is available.
