This house is located in the center of Brest, in a very quiet street with little traffic. It is comfortable and we pay particular attention to its upkeep and decoration. The small courtyard allows you to enjoy the outdoors.

We make our house available to travelers who, like us, like to stay in comfortable surroundings.

The second floor comprises a living room with a large, bright open-plan kitchen overlooking the courtyard, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, and a toilet.
The second floor comprises a bedroom (bed 160), a children's bedroom, a bathroom (with bath/shower) and a toilet. On the ground floor, you'll find a large garage and an independent studio apartment (sofa bed, kitchenette, shower, desk).

The house is close to all amenities, 500m from the streetcar and 1km from the port.

The house is located in a residential street.
