For 2022 we will not be actively exchanging our home, we have rented our house out and are traveling for the year. Near Philadelphia Pennsylvania, just 2 hours from NYC and 3 hours from Washington DC. A perfect location to see all three cities plus many other great attractions. We live just outside Valley Forge National Park in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. It is a short distance from our house to a walk/bike path. The path goes to the park (2 miles) and continues into Historic Philadelphia (25 miles), in case you really like hiking!. The park is a great American history lesson and wonderful open space, with a lot of wildlife. The city is also full of historic American icons as well as wonderful shopping and architecture. There are many museums, including the Museum of the American Revolution, The Liberty Bell,The Philadelphia Museum of Art and the renowned Barnes Foundation Museum. The second largest shopping center in the United States is 10 minutes away from our house. The ocean (New Jersey Shore) is a great way to spend a few days, with wonderful, clean beaches for swimming or surfing.  (about 1.5 hours away).
Our home is a large stone farmhouse (built in the early 1700's) with 3 bedrooms and all of the modern conveniences.The main house has 3 bedrooms that sleep six total plus several sofas that are very comfortable for three additional people. We also have a small apartment that sleeps 2 that might be available. This means that our house and/or apartment are available all year. We have a large yard with plenty of spaces both inside and out to relax and dine. We are able to leave our car for use as well.

UPDATE: The cat is moving to Chicago to live with our daughter in late spring/summer 2021. We have one cat. We would appreciate help in caring for her. She can be left for a few days with a bowl of water and food. She is a bit shy but a very sweet cat.
